Henderson Co. industrial park achieves designation as a NC Certified Site

Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development has received official confirmation indicating that Ferncliff Industrial Park has achieved designation as a North Carolina Certified Site. The industrially-zoned property located on Westfeldt Road in Mills River consists of 262.45 contiguous acres adjacent to the Asheville Regional Airport.
The certified site program showcases premium business locations throughout the state that have undergone a rigorous pre-qualification process to ensure they are “shovel ready” for immediate development. A certified site reduces the risks associated with development by providing detailed information about a site including price and availability, utilities, access, environmental concerns, and potential site development costs.
