North Carolina tops list for best film incentives

In a Variety Magazine online poll of film industry insiders, North Carolina ranked high for the category of “Best Incentives.” The state just increased its tax credit incentive from 15 to 25 percent against qualifying expenses that come from within North Carolina. Find out more here and here.
