NC Small Towns Economic Prosperity (STEP) Demonstration Program
Deadline is Feb. 12
The NC Small Towns Economic Prosperity Demonstration Program is accepting applications from small towns interested in joining the STEP program. The program is designed to revitalize North Carolina small towns through a combination of technical assistance, training, and planning and implementation grants. Eligible applicants are municipalities with 10,000 or fewer residents that are located in one of the state's 85 rural counties or in a county designated as Tier 1 by the NC Dept. of Commerce.
