AdvantageWest Announces New Director-Marketing and Communications

FLETCHER, N.C. – AdvantageWest - North Carolina today announced the promotion of Elizabeth B. Voorhees, Office Manager and Assistant Corporate Secretary to the Board and CEO, to Director-Marketing and Communications. Voorhees, a native of Hendersonville, has been with AdvantageWest since August of 2005. Voorhees is a graduate of the College of Charleston and a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Niger, West Africa.
In her new role, Voorhees will manage the day-to-day marketing and communication needs for AdvantageWest. Her position will focus on the development and implementation of strategies that support the AdvantageWest Mission Statement and Five-Year Vision Plan.
AdvantageWest CEO Dale Carroll expands upon the organization’s announcement, saying, “Elizabeth is a very talented writer, project manager and possesses great people skills. We are very excited about this next chapter in her career with AdvantageWest. You will also begin to see her award-winning photography reflected in our marketing and communications activities here at AdvantageWest.”
